I am currently a resident at Country Place Apartments and I love it I have lived here a little over two years I have stage 4 heart failure and if Tara Courtney or Shannon do not see me for a couple of days they will come and knock on my door and check on me to make sure that I am okay who else would do that if I ever have a problem with my apartment Shannon comes right over and fixes it if I ever have any problem at all and I'm going to the office Tara and Courtney are always there willing to help there's no loitering in the... read more

No star rating. This complex actually help drug dealers acquire an apartment. I do not recommend any one to rent from them.

I have not been impressed living here. My neighbors are nice, but parking is terrible. They showed me the apartment with new carpet when I toured and told me mine would be the same. NO WAY! My carpet is coming up and the padding is gone under half of it. The bedroom door is unblanced and doesn't stay open. So much air leaks out of the door and windows that my energy bill would probably cut in half. You can see the light coming in under the front door! CONNIE THE TERRIBLE – I HAVE READ MANY OF THE COMPLAINTS LISTED BELOW AND AGREE WITH MOST OF THEM. THE MAINTENANCE IS TERRIBLE AND THE FAT BLONDE BEHIND THE DESK (CONNIE)IS BEING WEIGHED DOWN BY HER GREED AND IGNORANCE. I DON'T SEE HOW SHE WALKS WITHOUT FALLING OVER. I HAVE ASKED FOR A DISHWASHER AND FOR SOMEONE TO COME AND UNCLOG THE SINK ALONG WITH OTHER MISCELLANEOUS ISSUES, NONE WHICH HAVE BEEN TAKING CARE OF.
