I have been very pleased with the current management. They do an excellent job of responding to maintenance request. Usually the request is addressed the same day I place the request. They are very friendly and easy to work with and actually sponsored some social events during the year for the complex. Things like game nights, special treats for certain occasions and Christmas and Halloween decoration contest. It is very quiet and the other tenants are friendly. Everyone always speaks when you pass them courtyard.
we have a great maintenance man. Every time I call for a problem prince comes and gets it fixed.
