I called and checked on availability, there was not any available right now for what I need, but the manager Justin was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and very kind. He answered all of my questions with confidence and reassured me he would work with me and get me in asap! SO thankful for this office because I have had the worst experiences elsewhere in Albany. I HIGHLY recommend using them if you are looking for a new home to rent.

I basically applied for an apartment that’s not available even though it show’s available online and was told it’s not false advertisement. I was told last week that I would get an update but have had no correspondence at all. Reached out today and was told the apartment has now been rented. Not to mention that the guy in the office told me that there were some residents that were supposed to be moving last weekend and gave me a tentative move-in date of 2/9 but is now saying he doesn’t know when they are moving even though ... read more

The fees are a little extensive rent due 1st paid on 2nd. Charged 75.00 fee. Now we im discharging from hospital trying to figure out how i will eat to take meds for the next week.
