I have had a leak in my bedroom since May 2014, I have gone in person to notify the staff, showed them my pictures and have also filled out a work request on their portal. My roof is near collapse now, my four year old and I have upper respiratory problems and nothing has been fixed. They claim there is no record on their log of my visits in person or of my work request form on-line. These apartments are cheap...as in price and quality. For such a small complex, the garbage is always overflowing, no one answers the phone in the office or returns calls for that matter. I was okay there at first then i guess management changed. It became trashier and maintainance calls are never answered. It's louder, there's always yelling and screaming in the night.
