My mother lived in this place people call home the management was poor and you had to put in a work order to get anything done which took them for ever to get to the stuff that needed fixed they absolutely need they are not bug free there is a lot of drug trafficking and it’s not a smoke free environment it’s a horrible place to live I would not recommend this place to no one what’s so ever it’s not friendly when it comes to animals nor children or elderly and they are not income based your rent will be one price one minute ... read more
From management on site lying and hiding falsified documents to the company of Woda lying, ignoring and also hiding falsified documents to the tenants this place is NOT a family friendly place to live. The place is NOT tobacco free, even the manager smokes next to the sign. There’s loads of drug traffic from people who sell, kids getting hit in the parking lot constantly, violence, vandalism to vehicles and zero respect. I’d call another place home before ever looking into this place.
