Maintenance is spread way too thin. I have problems in my apartment that I had when I moved in over four months ago. Other residents have other problems that are not being addressed. We need a Maintenance man that is only working this place. There are numerous things that could be done to improve this complex.

Property manager will not answer you, will not fix problems. Neighbors will be loud but complain if you’re loud.
