Terrible experience! Beware! This place wanted a 1200 amount before services were rendered for my cats supposedly having a kidney issue! I retained my kitty and drove to Santee Veterinarian Turns out, my cat did not need to be hospitalized as Country Pet Hospital stated! Only after I started to exit did Country Pet Hospital attempt to make me stay. Soooooooo, grateful I followed my instincts and left for a quality Vet! Side note, this place is dirty and not a good option for surgery of any animal!

After terrible experiences with the VCA pet hospital in ElCajon I found this vet that’s local to me. They took good care of my older kitty and fixed some mouth discomfort she was having with a teeth cleaning. We were under the impression (from the previous mentioned vet) that she needed at least two teeth pulled. We dropped her off at 9am as instructed and a little before noon got the call that she was waking up from anesthesia, did great and no teeth needed to be pulled.
