I've rented from other companies and slumlords and this is by far the best company to rent from!!!! I've lived in 2 different apartments and both were great!! The ladies is the office are so pleasant and helpful! Maintenance is on top of any issue within a few hours, which was quite a shock compared to previous people I rented from in Oshkosh! Definitely reasonable prices too! All around great place to rent from!!

When I first moved here I thought it was a great place to live. As time goes by the management started to treat me like im nothing..I asked them to fix some things and they never did. Parking is bad..I paid for an extra parking spot but most of the time people would park in my spot..my garage was too far from where I live. I would not recommend anyone to live here if youre planning on living for a while. After a while they treat you like youre not human..even if you're paying rent. I've been treated very well since moving in here. Anytime I've had any problems, it's been corrected in a respectable amount of time. Management has always been very pleasant and helpful. Only complaint w/ the complex is the snow removal. There always seems to be a thin layer of snow / ice on the sidewalks. But salt is provided inside every security door.
incompetent management – The apartments themselves are nice for the price. The management can't seem to get things straight, however. From the day I was supposed to move in I wasn't able to unless I picked a new apartment since the one I signed for wasn't cleaned on time. So I ended up having to pay for a more expensive apartment in order to have a place to live. Then I was given an eviction notice by mistake later in my lease.
