I live here and these photos are not of country park at all, not even one. It's older brick building with rent control for the disabled or elderly Vermonter. It's maintained well by some very caring workers. If you need a simple repair it will be done quickly. I'm a handicapped resident in the sense that I use a w/c to get around and I have a 1st floor apartment. The access has some problems I want to focus on . I live at Country Park Apartments, 635 Hinesburg Road, South Burlington - and these pictures are NOT COUNTRY PARK APARTMENTS ! The management for this building has changed in recent years, and is MUCH MORE difficult to deal with. No longer happy living here, AS I USED TO BE.
Village Green Apartments Complex is the best-kept secret in South Burlington, if not all of Burlington , or all of Vermont. The complex has its own New England “green” with a grove of beautiful trees and a picnic bench , while residents have generously added a play set that resembles a tiny playground for young children. The grounds are beautifully kept year- round and neighbors are invariably friendly and considerate.
