First off I would like to say that Claudia the property manager is a saint , she helped us so much with the move in process. She made us feel welcome from day one. I really appreciated that. I had a issue with my sink and it was fixed right away. The property is clean and the grounds are kept up. If you are looking for something nice and clean and with a property manager that is clear with communication, I highly recommend living at Country Orchards.
The Bario of yucaipa. The language of this place is Spanish. If you don't speak it they make it clear you don't belong. Maintenence takes forever if it is ever done right. On my move in day all my appliances were on the porch not installed. Took 3 months to repair a broken outlet because their electrician was in Mexico. The pool is always green because they don't maintain it. The laundry room sits under 2 inches of water and smells of raw sewage daily. The worst part of living here was the management. Horrible place after new owners. Do not move here. Cars get broken into all the time , they never fix anything and it’s so over priced.
Edit: The quality went downhill after the property was sold to a new owner. Pool is never clean anymore, rent has gone up, matenienence requests are ignored, and rules such as quiet hours and cleanliness are no longer enforced. I would not recommend moving here. Original review: The property is very well mantained and has lots of nice trees and paths that make it feel similar to a college campus. The management and maintenance people are friendly and take care of issues pretty quickly.
