Best vet ever! Just took our little rescued Chiweenie there to have a cherry eye surgery on Dec 15th. Not only were they wonderful to her and us and took her separation anxiety into consideration when handling her, but they didn't over charge us and never once said the surgery wasn't a permanent fix like all the other vets told us. Lily is still in her cone to protect her eye from scratches but within two days, her eye didn't even look as if it had surgery on it. Went to Country oaks for the first time with Precious everyone made me feel very comfortable and were professional.
Today we had to say goodbye to our best friend and companion of 17 years Bear. Dr. Ramirez Gary Mike and front staff couldn't have been more caring and compassionate not only for the dog but us as well.

I can't tell you how wonderful these people were in time of crisis! I took my dog in excruciating howling pain to one vet that could not get me an answer to what was going on for 5 hours until lab work, I called another vet who said they were busy & to take her to the previous vet, they couldn't do anything different. So when I called Country Oaks they said come! Immediately Dr.Ramirez examined & saved my dog who had lost so much blood her gums were white, & she was cold. She had a Ruptured spleen.
