Had scheduled a routine visit for my dog so she could get updated on shots and a flea refill. We were called and asked to come into their office at an earlier time. We agreed on the 8am appointment since they classified her as a high anxiety dog. She doesn't like her paws touched or she nibbles. 3 days before the appointment they call asking for it to be rescheduled again to a later time as someone didn't make the change. They were very caring and empathetic. I had to put down my fur baby of 12 years😭
Rude. They called me three hours before my appointment time to say they don't book the service I asked for online, and were very short with me on the phone. Seems like they would've known that beforehand, especially since someone called to confirm the appointment yesterday.
A wonderful group of veterinary doctors and technicians! A great place to keep your pets healthy and happy. They treat animals like family, and are very thorough with their care.
