I am so happy I chose this vet! We are new to Sacramento. I've been really nervous about finding services to take care of all of us, including the fur-kids. Country Oaks is now our forever vet. Dr. Johnson is great. They treat my Cupcake (collie mix), Hunny (terrier mix), Peebles (calico mix), and Marcy (domestic shorthair mix) all very well.
I can't say enough good things about Country Oaks Pet Hospital. Dr. Johnson and the entire staff are wonderful, kind, caring, and extremely knowledgeable and I wouldn't consider going anywhere else for my cats.
We love the whole staff at Country Oaks Pet Hospital. Our 7 year old Border Collie has been cared for by Dr. Johnson since she was 8 weeks old. He also cared for our previous Border Collie for 12 years. So when he moved his practice, we followed him to Country Oaks even though we live about 35 minutes away from the office. I would give them 10 stars if I could! Been taking my dogs here for years. New owners are fantastic! Dr. Ricco is the best and it's always great to see Kirsten ... all the staff excel. Customer service A++. They care about my pets. Brody and Chalupa could not have better care :-)

Friendly staff! A plus for putting my dogs needs first and placing me at ease. It isn't easy knowing how to care for an aging pet. Dr Rico has a Pawsome dogside manner and we will make her our regular vet.
