Con artists is the best way to describe how they do their dealings. I lived there a year so I know. Coming on 6 months since I moved out, I’ve gone in person 3 times and called a handful to get my deposit as nice as possible. And didn’t want to post this, but figured if they don’t want to live up to the agreement and state law when it comes to deposits, than people should know, we both know what I’m owed. I have lived here for 8 months, and I really Love this place. Super quiet, friendly neighbors, and management and maintenance is very nice helpful and responsive. It is a great little community ❤️
