HORRIBLE MANAGEMENT: DO NOT EVER RENT WITH THEM. I leased with them for the better half of 2 years and I have a long long list of complaints, I'll only name a few here. I had packages stolen 5 months ago, it tool Bieck 2 MONTHS to even reply back to me, in which they "claimed" to have refunded me for my financial lost, they never did. I waited 2 years for them to put a lock on my storage unit. They never did. I waited 2 years for them to put screens in my windows, they never did. Since renters backgrounds aren’t getting checked and they are allowing in scum who break into cars, I will be recommending all family and friends to look elsewhere for their rentals.

Property manager never answers the phone or returns phone calls. In two years we have never once received a call back or follow up to any voice message left. Absolutely terrible customer service.
