Roach Infested
Apartment is good but constantly has some issues going On . Maintenance guys are quick, but quite rude sometimes.
Country oaks was the first apartment we moved into straight out of college dorms. The Experience was wonderful and the staff communicated with ease and the maintenance was on point and reliable. Be it picking up a package or just visiting for additional information and request country oaks had our backs.
Kim and Tanya, in the office, are friendly, kind, and helpful! I feel able to ask them questions if I'm confused about paperwork or processes without feeling judged or dismissed. Juan, is incredible! He is quick, understanding, mindful of my space, explains things clearly, and works SO HARD. I have never met a maintenance professional better than him. He has made living at Country Oaks the best renting experience I have ever had.
