these apts. bite BG time if you're a minority (white or black in that order) in the area. You have to do this that & the other but illegals & other don't have to pay all the pet fees, pick up after their pets, etc.. It's noisy, crude & crass here. Property managers put up signs but don't insure rules are followed or back up signs by patrolling at the time the actions happen (e.g. the school using the parking lot!). The kids mess w/your vehicles openly. I could list more but quality of life definitely isn't here.
