lived here for years, it was amazing here when Justin Properties owned it. But since Castle Properties bought it, there has not been an exterminator here even once, and the company that mows the lawn now leaves patches of uncut grass everywhere, breaks flowerpots and leaves the pieces on the ground, gets grass all over the porches and leaves it there. I've lived here for 8 years now. I've experienced no issues that you wouldn't expect to find living in an apartment community. I've enjoyed most of my time here and most of my neighbors that have come and gone during my time here. My complaint is this. Rent has increased every single year that I've been here. Over time, its increased $100/more and they continue to increase it with every new or renewed lease. This is unacceptable and my search now begins to find someplace else to call home.
