Dealing with country Nissan has been a headache since the beginning. They would say one thing and do another. Didn't end up having the car ready for us when they said and lied about the process and what time they'd need to do everything. Now, less than two months later, our car needs a full new transmission and other repairs that they should've caught at the beginning as well. This place is great. Had to bring my 4 year old son with me and everyone was great with him.
If it could only be less than one star!! What a joke of a dealership. Customer service seems fine until you hand over the money....then all goes to hell in a handbasket. They hire their GM Dominic from LIa in Enfield who was fired...clearly for good reason. He treats people like garbage and doesn't even return phone calls. The Country dealerships and Ms Carla herself, just like her father before her have been investigated and fined. Yet they still don't change their deceptive practices. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE...ANYWHERE ELSE!!!
