The staff is treated terrible, and the service is slow due to poor management. I no longer will purchase a vehicle from them nor recommend them to anyone.
Went for service and was told I needed a new transmission. When I told them they put in a new transmission 5 mos ago they changed the problem to a rear differential. They said they could not determine if the transmission was good or bad because of the rear differential. Hmmm How did they determine I needed a new transmission in the first place?? They are really crooks or completely incompetent. I think both. I left and will never go back and advise everyone else to not do business with them.

The follow up from the service department is horrendous!!! I had my car in October to have them look at a reoccurring issue in Rogues (oil leak). The Rogue are know for it! The service manager had me in, diagnostic and took pictures of transfer casing and under carriage. Was being sent to corporate and would hear back in 3-4 days. Its been TWO MONTHS!! No follow up! I had a scheduled appointment for service on dec.6 2018. I dropped the truck off dec.5th. i went to pick up my truck and the morons had "apparently" misplaced my keys so the work never got done. I needed my truck for the 7th so I took my keys and left, their service dept needs a serious talking to from management what a joke.
