Worked with them online to price out a lease trade in. Got the quote in writing and confirmed 2 times the terms and price. Drove over an hour to the dealer, where they suddenly couldn’t honor that pricing. They tried to make me to blame by saying I misread things when I had word for word confirmation from their employee. Don’t trust them at all
