I stopped into Country Nissan just to look around and ended up wondering if Jack and Rei accidentally forgot to charge me full price. If you come in and see those two, they'll practically give the car away. They made the whole process easy, pressure-free, and actually fun. Great deal, great people, and excellent customer service from start to finish. Highly recommend asking for Jack and Rei if you're in the market for a vehicle!
Sales department 10/10 , service on the other hand 1/10 . I bought a car over here at country Nissan in January, the car passed inspection with a couple things that weren’t working or in my opinion shouldn’t even had passed the inspection. Service states “ We have cameras & won’t pass any car if they were prior problems going into inspection” I told them that it still did , yet I took it back with no complaint or problems just told them to fix it. We bought a 2017 Ford edge and had some issues originally, but Julia stepped in and she is a true rockstar. If it wasn’t for her and Jason, the general manager and Richard the finance manager this deal could’ve gone sideways fast. My daughter loves her car and the dealership bent over backwards to help her get it corrected and fixed up right.
Ray at Country Nissan was amazing. After calling a few dealers who attempted to lowball me on my trade, Ray gave me a fair price and paid my infinity off super quick. We love our new Pathfinder. It fits our family perfectly ..... My brother has dealt with Country Nissan for a decade and bought 4 cars from them. He highly recommend them despite the long-ish drive and now I see why. No sleezball dealership tactics. Great, honest deals and very accomodating staff. Cant say enough great things about Ray!!!
We purchased a used vehicle for just over $30,000. The sales person, Maronel, was friendly and professional and we arrived at an agreeable price quickly. The whole visit took less than an hour. Unfortunately, when we went to pick it up I was handed one key and told that was it; there was not going to be two keys.
