Me and my sister came in for the first time and had fantastic service, very polite, and every accommodating, definitely will be coming back!!
The entire staff here is so kind and are amazingly talented. Special shout out to Bee. I was here a day when there was a misunderstanding and Bee was very professional while getting yelled at by someone who was angry over this misunderstanding. The customer was outrageous and disrespectful to not only the staff for literally no reason, but also made it awkward for the other patrons.
I will not recommend this place for nobody, one of the workers by the name B yell at a customer that came in to get serviced and it was just a unprofessional experience, I just moved in the acworth area. And I will never return back because of how I saw a customer be treated. All the lady said was you are putting me back twice for someone who didn't have an appointment. B yelled so loud at her it sound an alarm! If I could post 0 stars I would have. Very unprofessional !!!
I witnessed a situation yesterday. That was very inappropriate on the behalf of the worker. She disrespected a customer due to moving her time frame back twice. The employer name is "B". She yelled and disrespected the customer to the up most. She put another customer in front of her, and the other person didn't even have an appointment.
