Helpful and friendly.
We had our car towed here as it would not start. Turns out according to them it was the key fob. We instructed them to check over the car thoroughly. Turns out part of dash controls do not work any longer to control heat etc. Since we are out of town we had a relative attempt to pick up the car for us. Unfortunately, our relative was giving the WRONG car. You can’t make this stuff up. I am pretty sure they did not realize this until someone else came to pick up their car and it was not there!
