I wanted to share our experience with Country Meadows as we prepare for my father’s transfer there from the hospital. As many know, coordinating care over a weekend can sometimes be difficult, but their team has been exceptional. My Dad was in Pathways, the highest level of Assisted Living. The care your loved one receives is the most important thing and I know that no place is perfect. Every place will have days that disappoint but I know that the management at Country Meadows listens and tries their best to resolve any issues. The staff was caring and nice to Dad. The PT staff was so helpful in getting Dad to move and do exercises. Dad enjoyed the food. Unfortunately Dad was not a social person but I witnessed many social activities that residents ... read more
