RecommendedI have worked at Country Meadows of Forks since they opened in June of 2016 and I absolutely love my job and I am happy every day I wake up and know that’s where I get to go to work, “when you love your job, you never have to work a day in your life”!! My mother called Country Meadows at Leaders Heights, in York, home for 7-1/2 years. She moved in as an Independent Living resident and last year moved to Personal Care as her strength and health were failing. She loved participating in crafts, playing bingo and cards. She made new friends with residents and the staff. Country Meadow’s staff genuinely love their jobs and care so deeply about the residents. Thank you for taking such good care of my mom, Ruth Colvin. My mom and dad found a wonderful home at Country Meadows Bethlehem. All of the Staff are terrific, all going well above and beyond. My mom and dad say they feel so loved and well cared for. Teddy and I feel the same. When we visit we join in on the activities, always feeling included. we feel very fortunate that Ted and Arlene live there.
Norma Jean and I had to reside here for about two months due to elevator problems at or home and injuries from an accident. We were surrounded by love and friendliness from staff and residents alike. We went back to visit today and again experienced the same love and friendship.

I have been a Volunteer at Country Meadows since May. I am so impressed with the caring, professional, great attitudes of all the Associates at all levels of the organization. Our co-workers are very helpful, and there are many activities all day long!
Staff was so very helpful to my husband and I when we visited my brother Forest. The facility is beautiful and the lemonade was absolutely the best! Thank you all for caring for my brother.
