We had an excellent experience at Country Meadows for our father. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Also, they were attentive whenever we needed something for our father.

What a great place for a loved one to get the rehab they need. The staff (nursing, personal care, dietary, admin, etc.) were all very caring, professional, and had wonderful communication.

We have been waiting over a year for country Meadows to give us a copy of all of the bills because they never submitted it to our alternative insurance policy. I have left three messages for both Kaitlyn at Forks and Gwen at Bethlehem to please fax all of the bills so we can submit it because they did not. They have not returned one phone call and they have not given us the information we cannot submit to our insurance policy without the documents.
