Exceptional care at Country Meadows. I’m caregiver to a friend who spent 20 days at CM. He received excellent medical care, excellent physical therapy and excellent nutrition. I’ve had experience with a number of Rehabs and most of those experiences were dismal. Not so at Country Meadows. Lien Snyder, Sales & Marketing Director, from Country Meadows went over and above to help our dad establish residency in personal care. When we contacted Lien to share our difficulties with finding accommodations to meet his needs, she immediately made herself available to meet with him at last minute notice to provide a tour of the facility and review his options for placement. I want to give a HUGE shout out to Lien, who worked tirelessly to help us get our father out of an abysmal facility and into the nursing and rehab center at Country Meadows. In 5 days, he has made more progress than in the 3 weeks he spent at Arden Courts (Westminster). Feel free to read my Yelp review about that place.
