This place is absolutely horrible. The hallways always smell of marijuana and the office does nothing about it. The smell even gets into your apartment and it is disgusting. Not only is it a violation of the lease, it is against the law for anyone to smoke marijuana on a property that takes section 8. They do not enforce the rules or abide by the laws at all. I have lived here for over a year now with no complaints. The neighbors are quiet and the scenery is refreshing. Staff is wondferul. Stephanie, the property manager, does a terrific job. Jennifer from the managment company was also a joy to work with. Any work orders that I've put in have been answered in a timely manner. Love the access to 94 and AA.

Excellent maintenance—yard and parking always well-kept, and requests are resolved the same day!
APPLICANTS BEWARE. While the apartment complexes look alright, the company is shady with the application process. Apparently, in addition to a non refundable application fee of $75, they also charge you a $100 holding fee at the time of applying that is non-refundable after 48 hours of being accepted. They didn't even call to confirm if we wanted to move in or not. It's just a skeezy way to get money off of applicants.
