The building is well-maintained, with timely cleaning and pest control. Repairs to appliances like the refrigerator and air conditioner are handled quickly, which shows responsible management and care for residents.
This place is absolutely horrible. The hallways always smell of marijuana and the office does nothing about it. The smell even gets into your apartment and it is disgusting. Not only is it a violation of the lease, it is against the law for anyone to smoke marijuana on a property that takes section 8. They do not enforce the rules or abide by the laws at all. I have lived here for over a year now with no complaints. The neighbors are quiet and the scenery is refreshing. Staff is wondferul. Stephanie, the property manager, does a terrific job. Jennifer from the managment company was also a joy to work with. Any work orders that I've put in have been answered in a timely manner. Love the access to 94 and AA.
