I lived here for 13 months and was pleased with the experience the entire time. They take great care of the yard and the parking lots, and maintenance is super quick. There have been many times my roommate and I put in a maintenance request and they're here the same day to fix the problem.
I have lived here for a year and a half, and just renewed another 6 month lease. I absolutely think this is one of the best places in Ypsilanti to live period. Stephanie is THE best, we have maintenance that you see around all the time and they are so fast it is unreal. Just today, we put in a maintenance request because ladybugs kept getting in, so they came within the hour basically and resealed and flipped our windows so they fit. Treadmill doesn't work
Tried to apply for a place, they asked for 100 dollars for a holding fee and 50 for an application fee. Sent it to them. Then they asked me for another 200$ a couple days later before I was even officially approved, to “continue holding the unit”. I ended up not getting approved, and so I asked for the original holding fee back. Was told it would take 30 days and “be sent as a check in the mail.” It’s been over 50 days, and I received no refund, and the employee in the office doesn’t know what’s going on.
