Apparently my review was too long. I'll try to summarize: The price range is great. And although there aren't many amenities the price range should tell you not to expect a pool and outdoor grills. The apartments are in a residential neighborhood. Quiet and there are quite a few kids in the area. (Not in a bad way) The children were all really friendly.
