The owner is something else, sandy. She has horrible mood swings, and treats her employees like peasants. You'll rarely meet her, she never does home visits or walk-throughs even when she's initially quoting an estimate on your property. Her prices are unreasonable. I would never recommend going to this business. My wife and I have recently reported her to the BBB.
