They do nice arrangements for sure but don't ever try to change or cancel an order! I cancelled an order and they even called me to confirm the cancellation. Then they still delivered it and charged me. I called and they said they were going to pick up the arrangement from my 80 year old parents house! How embarrasing! I told them Fine, if that's what you do." I called again to talk to the manager/owner. He never even called me back. Terrible communications!
