They just delivered my order of "Red Hot Bouquet" for my wife. They not only ran out of the vase, the order did not look anything like it did in the adds. As far as I'm concerened, if this read this today, they can come and take it back. Very Unhappy!!!
I ordered a fruit basket from gift tree and was sent through country lane flowers. Now when i recieved the basket the fruit was rotter and all of the other items in it were out of date. Now in going on with this and trying to get another one, we set up for the next day to get a new fruit basket. The next morning a man shows up at the door with three candy apples for replacement only. With this we sent it back and will never do business with country lane flowers or gifttree ever again.
They do nice arrangements for sure but don't ever try to change or cancel an order! I cancelled an order and they even called me to confirm the cancellation. Then they still delivered it and charged me. I called and they said they were going to pick up the arrangement from my 80 year old parents house! How embarrasing! I told them Fine, if that's what you do." I called again to talk to the manager/owner. He never even called me back. Terrible communications!
