When we found ourselves in need of putting our mother in a facility after a difficult hospital and subsequent skilled nursing facility stay, we thought we had hit the jackpot with Country Lane. We were given all kinds of promises by Liz that our mother would be very well taken care of. For starters, we were told they would “absolutely” transport her to dialysis 3x weekly and other appointments as needed, by some imaginary “transport company” Liz lied about. We were very happy with the care given to our Uncle, staff was always attentive and kind. Facility is clean, we would recommend to others.
They got new administration and they have been extremely involved and helpful. Very friendly and always happy to answer any questions I have or resolve any issues or complaints. Facility is always so clean and smells nice
