These apartments were built in 1988. The apartments are right next to a bike path with a homeless encampment, and the complex is right next to the freeway. They were listed as $1150 in 2020. $1200 in 2021. $1250 in winter 2022. Now it is $1385 for a two bedroom. They do not have new appliances or new double-paned windows. They are older and outdated apartments in a poor location. I tried to rent from them several times. My review is valid. Stop taking it down.
