My husband and I have patronized Country Kitchen on 2 separate visits to Pueblo, CO, and as far as I'm concerned, it will be our go-to place for breakfast! Country Kitchen is obviously a place where the locals go. I particularly like that it's open at 5:30 am (we're early risers) and the sign on the door that says, "No Google Pay or Apple Pay". Well if you're sick of IHOP this is the cure. Good breakfast and good service. Still haven't holding up as a better diner choice.
Always a great time, strives is amazing, food is even better. This place is our go to when we can't decide what to eat. The staff is always amazing.
