They keep overcharging me and not returning my calls about it.
I really enjoy working with Rusty. He understands rural people and the way we do stuff. Hands down my favorite insurance guy.
Horrible service and charged us $75 more than our original quote... Switched insurance today... Would not recommend to anyone
Just found out that my home owners insurance expired at the end of January! Rusty flat out REFUSES to answer the phone, return phone calls, answer emails etc... If I hadn't gone to another agent to get proof of coverage I STILL wouldn't know my policy had expired. Obviously I'm changing agents and filing complaints. This could have been a disaster had something happened to or on my property. Thanks for nothing Rusty.
