Disappointed with Country Companies all around. I had a recent flooding issue with all the massive rains we’ve been having, and when i called the local office and told her the water was coming through my basement windows, she actually told me to check and make sure they were closed. Very insulting suggestion. Then they sent out a claims person and when he got there, he told me i didnt have flood insurance, and couldnt buy any because i am not in a designated flood zone. I contacted Adam about Auto Insurance, and he was very honest and informative about the cost and the why's behind them. Although he didnt have the best option at this point in time, he pointed me the right direction and I saved 200+ dollars a month due to his direction. Cannot wait to do more business with Adam!
