The beds are very comfy. It's tucked in a quiet area where you can feel relaxed. Happy I stayed here.
Room was a "suite" and was large and comfortable. Bed was ok but could feel the innerspring in it. I slept well and woke up with no back ache though. Check-in: Aug 11 around 5:30 or 6 pm Service was lacking. F.Desk Rep was NOT friendly nor helpful. Apparently there is NO EMERGENCY Plan at this hotel. At around midnight the hotel lost power. Phones were dead and published phone # to hotel was a fast busy for some time. We called the 800 number and they could not reach the hotel. We’ve stayed here before, but this time I noticed that the room is outdated and very basic. It almost has the feel of a motel six …. I guess it’s just a place to put my head for tonight, but I won’t be coming back here.
We stayed twice. Once on our way through and once on the return trip. The first stay was great. We got a free upgrade (not sure why they just said we were) so the extra space was nice. The AC in this room kept it comfortable. The return trip room was not pleasant. The AC was not showing a correct temperature. It said it was 68 in the room, but we were burning up. Further, when I walked into the room, there was an ozone generator on the floor to try and remove the slight musky/moldy odor. There was possibly water damage in th... read more
