Hotel is a bit dated but the breakfast options are great for a hotel. You don't see these types of breakfasts anymore. They have a changing menu each morning. I was surprised to see French toast and omelets. The rooms were very spacious. When our sink wouldn't drain they fixed it right away. They even let us enjoy the hot tub a little after it was scheduled to close. It was very comfortable and welcoming.
Behold, the chair of my nightmares. I didn't even set my shoes on this thing. I think we all know what those white marks are. You can tell they gave very little effort to wipe them off too. I can't imagine coming here with kids and watching them run, and jump, onto this thing straight off the get. The rest of the room wasn't much better. Food/dirt stains on the carpet. My partner and I visited for my birthday. The staff are incredible - super kind and friendly. I needed to print something out, and they helped me do it. Also, MASSIVE shoutout to Linda, the shuttle driver, who helped us out with the drive to the airport and really went the extra mile for us. Heart of gold. I hope Rica Rendon or other management reach out to me promptly. The lack of integrity I have witnessed from this company will definitely lead me to seek rooms else where. I was lied to disrespected or lied about at every step dealing with this organization. The country inn and radisson resorts are completely incapable of keeping their word or hiring management with any level of professionalism.
