We called from the road to secure a room on the first floor. We have an old dog. She can not climb stairs or walk far. We were told we had a room on the ground floor. We told her we would not be there for two hours. We were told that was not a problem. When we arrived we were told our room was on the fifth floor. This hotel is a nightmare. The housekeeping neglects to change the sheets and comforters (hair, order, and stains on the bed) the rooms smelling like mildew and wet dog. The air conditioning is broken throughout, and the hotel is infested with bugs. Stay away!

This place is beat. The room was spacious and the bed fairly comfortable and clean. The bathroom was in bad repair. Broken and peeling wall. Dirty grout. Room was dark, poor lighting. Breakfast, meh. Front desk was pleasant and it is close to the highway. Hallway carpets were dirty and stained.
