Nice rooms with large bathroom and staff is wonderful
Staff were fantastic. Very friendly and gave great recommendations for the area. Hotel was older and needs an update. Carpet in halls isn't tight so is a tripping hazard. Rooms were outdated and beds were terrible. We stayed in a suite and it was TINY. Rooms cleanliness was 3.5 stars But staff I encountered get 5 stars for friendliness and helpfulness.
We stayed for one night while passing through. As soon as we entered the room, there was a cockroach running around. Both the children and we, the adults, were very frightened—it was very unpleasant to see. There were cockroach legs scattered all over the floor, and the toilet paper roll was not new, apparently left from a previous guest. Overall, we were not very satisfied. However, the breakfast made up for everything—it was delicious and plentiful.
I was pleasantly surprised and thoroughly impressed by this hotel from the moment we arrived. Everything was spotless, the staff was genuinely welcoming and helpful, and the location couldn’t have been more convenient. We were in town for my son’s soccer tournament, and getting to the various fields was a breeze. There were multiple dining options within walking distance, and anything else we needed was just a quick 10-minute drive away—super convenient during a busy tournament weekend.
