Black Mold, Bugs
Room 316 has broken tile a big crack in the shower and our 1st day we had to ask for housekeeping.
Needs some updating, better TV stations or options. The elevator could b faster. Considering updates that could be done and the pricing compared to Comfort Suites which I found out would have been cheaper and more updated. And the central air & heat unit was very loud and ice machine outside my door is loud. The window view was the roof top of another building. But other than that it was a decent stay. I would stay again if needed.
This hotel is not great. Just going to run through a list of things that I didn’t like: bathroom shower drain didn’t work well causing a pool of water that would be up to your ankles after 5 mins, the lobby and surrounding area smelt awful, the included breakfast I’d just skip, the room service ignores the DnD sign on the door, bedroom door had the biggest gap letting in so much light, and the pillows were small odd cubes. Things I did like: front desk attendant was nice, check in/out easy.
