If it was possible to leave a negative review I would. We stayed one night and that was enough. The whole place was filthy, dirty, broken furniture, it reminded me of a cheep hotel that charged by the hour of you know what I mean. I have marked it on my maps as a place to never stay at again. Avoid this joint if at all possible. It needs new management and the hotel chain should take it over ASAP
Marijuana smoke all through the building and parking lot. Avoid. Neighbors smoking at 11pm had my room unbearable. Couldn't stay there past 1 night. checked-out early for a safer hotel. *See Virginia Indoor Clean Air Act. VICAA

0/5🌟 If you are looking to get a room at this hotel....DONT. There are way better hotels in Williamsburg than this one here. This hotel was a disgrace. My family and i was here last weekend because we went to water country USA for the weekend. The surround area was just deserted and run down. Don't do it. I T.V. in our room did not work. Our phone in the hotel room did not work. We had to Google the phone number to the hotel to get the front desk receptionist. I called to request more towels. If I could give it zero stars I would. Booked for the indoor hot tub but it was out of commission and has been for a while apparently. Lobby floor was filthy, furniture was stained, no AC in hallway or lobby, rooms had mildew smell, noisy AC in room, water stains on the walls and ceiling, mold in the bathrooms and stained tile, mini fridge in room did not keep anything cool. Terrible stay for the price. Emailed the customer service department still haven't heard back
