Clean. Staff polite and helpful. Big breakfast. Pool clean. Workout room clean. Quiet stay.
Extremely difficult to get the front desk to answer the phone. Rarely anyone at the front desk. The power went out for 3 hours. The 3rd floor exit lights were not working to be able to get out of the building. Staff did not check on you nor instruct what to do. Staff was no where to be found. Bathroom did not have GFI outlets around sink.
The Room was clean and the food was hot
Clean quiet all the staffing very attentive
Our "accessable" room did NOT have a walk-in shower. It had a BATHTUB!
