We’ve had stays here at least once a year for probably 10 years, but this trip was a disappointment. We checked in for our 5 day stay, a 4-day reservation plus a one day reservation after a long day of driving. The 2 credit card charges went through at that point, and THEN I found out the pool would be closed the whole time. (Bummer, but I understand that things happen) I asked the manager about a discount, and he promised a certain percentage credit/refund at checkout. My husband and I booked this hotel for a weekend getaway. When we got to the hotel we walked into our room and there was crumbs all under the bed. Yellow stains on the sheets. Food left in the fridge. And no thermostat. The unit on the floor did not work. We then went down and asked to check out and get a refund because we had a 4 hour drive and we were over it. The receptionist said and I quote “call Booking.com (where we booked through) and they will dispute it and call us to confirm” she went through all of the steps just... read more
POS company and management. Went to stay May 2026, and above arrival I found my room carpet covered in stains, soap dripping in the bathroom, yellow sheets, and no hvac thermostat. When I asked for a refund they told me to get a hold of Booking.com to get it started, well (no shocker) theyre not answering. And theyre hanging up on me and my wife. Do better
Pool is closed. Room is clean, but dated. Bed is comfortable.
