Awful just awful
Traveled an hour and a half with a confirmed reservation, only to arrive and be told it had been canceled with no notice. No call, no email, nothing. The staff offered no real solution beyond pointing us to a 1-800 number, and we ended up paying more than twice the original rate just to find a room that met our needs. The lack of communication was bad enough. The complete indifference from the staff made it worse. Would not recommend.
If I could give zero stars, I would. Arrived for my reservation (prepaid 2 months ago) only to find out that the hotel had been sold 3 days ago.. ZERO notification given by the company. New staff were kind but could not help at all. They were given no records of reservations, they didn't even have a computer... the entire 1st floor was under construction, no pool, no breakfast... Awful...Choice Hotels should have done better
Staff here is very nice and professional! Except for the pool being closed we have had a great stay!
The pool was closed for heath and safety reasons. The windows howled because of the wind. There was no drain plug for the shower. Mini fridge smelled and was dirty.
