I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience at this hotel was far from what was advertised. From the moment I arrived, the staff felt unfriendly and unhelpful. Any questions or concerns I brought up were met with short, dismissive answers, and I never felt genuinely welcomed. One of the main reasons I booked this hotel was because their website clearly listed a pool as one of the amenities. After checking in, I discovered there was no pool closed for maintenance. Wife called to reserve room for a wedding that had blocked rooms. When we arrived they informed us they had made the reservation for the week earlier. We had to pay for the new night on top of the room we had paid for earlier. We were told to contact the manager the next week. We called and were told to leave a number. No return call. We called the corporate office and they said they couldn't help and hust gave us the managers email. We sent an email a week ago, but never got a reply. Horrible hotel with absolutely dumb people working at the counter ... poor communication The place was absolutely dirty and gross Smelled like a toilet in the room ... the front desk morans arued with my wife many times ... the idiots tried to charge my card extra without gaining approval .. go around the corner to the micro hotel by Wyndham .... an actual real hotel that smells nice and is actually clean and .. maybe slightly cheaper with the Mayo Clinic discount This place is absolutely disgusting and should be closed down

Good location for what I needed. I cannot complain about the service for a 2-star hotel. The room was awful though and had a grimy feel to it. Pool was closed due to a safety violation. The Bad: The duvet was thin. The TV cabinet was falling apart; handles were missing screws and hanging loose. The WiFi unit or whatever was placed on the ceiling had a BRIGHT green light which illuminated the whole room and made it hard to sleep.
