Horrible experience. Experienced people running and stomping above us right when we checked in. This continued all night - banging and stomping at 3 am, showers running at 4 am…Notified the front desk right when we checked in, and were told there was nothing they could do. Told them again the next morning and they made promises of management reaching out, which never happened. Very nice hotel in Prineville. Excellent location with everything very close by, mostly walking distance. Friendly staff, very nice rooms and many unexpected touches. I was positively surprised by this Hotel, especially in the deeper part of Central Oregon

Fire fighters are staying there which is good but a local author was going to stay there due to his house getting burned..they wanted a minimum of 3 nights for $800 .pretty pitiful trying to make a buck on someone who's house was burnt
