I was wrongly charged a $250 ‘pet fee’ after my stay, even though my dog is a trained service animal. I disclosed this at check-in, but management later claimed I ‘snuck in’ a dog and billed me after the fact. Service animals are not pets, and charging fees like this is a clear ADA violation. Extremely disappointing and dishonest experience
