A very convenient location, particularly for those traveling to or working in downtown Omaha. Most major areas and business locations are within approximately 2–4 miles. My office at UPRR is about 2 miles away, which is roughly a 6-minute drive. They won't honor the room reservations made online for the king suites, they'll take the upcharge from you for the jacuzzi room and claim the wording means the photos used to advertise the rooms doesn't count. The front desk was no help, they did nothing to remedy the situation despite being a rewards member. Disappointed.

Staff was super friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean and comfortable, but some furnishings were dated.

Great location to the Omaha Airport. Rooms are okay for a night. A/C is regulated and there was no coffee in the room or in the lobby.

I PAID $200 for a room that looks like the bathroom hasn't been swept for days hair all over the floor dust hair on my towel even I have blonde hair and these hair are black long hairs short hairs im literally disgusted.. my bed looks like the linens havent been changed they are all wrinkled the light bulb by the bed needs changed as well I have worked as a housekeeper for many years and this is just baffling to me .
