Excellent service by Shashi after a third-party mess!Hotels.com completely messed up and canceled my paid reservation right before my stay. While the front desk couldn't fix the third-party cancellation itself, Shashi was incredibly helpful and professional. He stepped in immediately and assisted me in securing a new room so I wasn't left stranded. I deeply appreciate his care and excellent customer service during a stressful situation!

The room was well-kept and clean, making it easy to settle in and get some rest after a long day of travel. The complimentary breakfast is a great perk that saves both time and money in the morning. Having access to the indoor pool and exercise room was a nice bonus for keeping up with my routine.
Had no dresser to unpack in, had one bar by the bathtub, that's the only thing they had that was a handicap accessible
