We paid for three rooms, but they weren't ready; they kept us waiting for 40 minutes and didn't resolve anything for us.
Front desk at check in may have been the rudest hotel employee I have ever encountered in my life and the GM is condescending as well. They like to get the last word in and make up rules as they go. Booked on choice app where it shows when using a debit or credit card with a chip the incidental hold was supposed to be $50 but was held double the room rate with taxes. They used excuses such as a late check on and that if booked by a third party versus directly it would have been only the $50 stated on the Choice hotels app. D... read more
