this place represents a decent hotel. the person at the check in desk wasn't super friendly but i got checked in perfectly fine. there was a massive confusion caused with the breakfast time, the front desk lady said it started at 9, the pdf on the qr code said 1000 and the paper that we got with the room key said 1030 for the weekend. we called and the front desk said it ended at 1030, but confirm as there i think is some confusion with that. the room was clean and the shower water was hot but the tv situation was less than ... read more
This place needs torn down and rebuilt. 1. Horrible staff. Extremely rude male front desk attendant that seemed to not care about anything. 2. Room smelled so strong of chemicals but not one specific. Like multiple chemicals including bleach. It was very specific smell and never left the room for a second. 3. Curtains were stained with what looked like spit or another substance since it was only in certain "concentrated" areas. 4. Pillows are small and have nothing to them. My experience staying with country inn and suites has been so amazing. My check in experience was so fast speedy efficient and courteous.Mrs.Maria Sanchez was so amazing. She is a true professional and all the way on top of herfront line check in skills. She made me feel so wekcome and totally took care of all of my questions and concerns. Im so pleased to be in connection with a warm welcome and spectacular service. Mrs Maria Sanchez has out done gerself once and and i am truly greatcul for her service.
that is a realy good place. me and the kids really enjoyed the stay the staff was great and helpful , the girl Rimshii working overnight was great and helpful, she handled the guest complains and was wonderful and funny with us, Amazing breakfast everything was freshly made, the only need bothered me was thhat pool was close but it was hot in Oklahoma which bothered the kids
