Booked this hotel for a vacay away from home to spend time with my grandkids for the summer. NOT KID FRIENDLY SO IF YOU HAVE A FAMILY WITH KIDS THIS IS NOT THE HOTEL FOR YOU! What I thought would be a nice joyful time with kids turned out to be the worst experience ever. The customer service was unacceptable. My grandkids and I checked out days early and did not even want a refund it was that horrible. MS.BRENDA at the front desk should be ashamed of herself the way she talks to kids.
