Terrible stay. I read the reviews and was hopeful. Our hotel room was disgusting. Smelled old and musty. Rundown. Like the room had seen better days. The carpet was filthy. Upholstery ripped on the chairs, mold in the freezer, curtains torn etc. On top of it all the bed itself was hard as a rock. The pillows were tiny and paper thin. Absolutely the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. The carpets are stained, the beds are nasty, and stained. Management is unwilling to work with you. I move across the street to the Hilton because the room was so nasty and nothing like what the images showed on line

Beds are comfortable, but the building is so old that there is no amount of cleaning that can be done to make it feel clean.

Worst Country Inn & Suites I've ever stayed at (and it's our brand of choice when picking a hotel, conservative estimate we've stayed at at least 25 different ones). Rooms were beyond dirty, I say roomS because after seeing how dirty the first one was, they switched us to a new room no questions asked (which was nice, but also felt like it was such a common occurrence they knew the routine), only to discover the next room wasn't much better and the door to the suite didn't close (and I didn't have the same room that someone ... read more
