We got a jacuzzi room on the 3rd floor and it was very nice! The room was clean and smelled really good. The pool was nice and relaxing after a long day. The breakfast was really good too and had a lot of choices. Definitely recommend and will be back.
Had to tighten bolts on our main door handle lock because maintenance was not available. Handle was coming apart from the door. Black gunk around the sink and drain. No extra supplies (trash bags, toilet paper, towels). Had a sign on an exit door that required you to "lift up and open". Fire hazard. No waters sold in the convenience store and the vending machine was empty/broken. Breakfast was "meh" with few choices (ie, only egg had peppers in it. Only had sausage) and breads seems stale. We stayed for one night. This is NOT Radisson quality hotel. Receptionists didn't even look at us or say hello when we checked in. Inside room amenities were poor quality and huge maintenance needed. TV remote control... this Clean Remote Control... good luck with that!!!!There's no manual or instructions. Me and my husband both couldn't figure it out. The front desk girl is so friendly, room was clean, and we had such a nice stay here. Definitely recommend!
Have stayed here before and it’s a pretty good place. But the service is HORRIBLE. I had talked to front desk, and had a Confirmed room, and mind you I did this IN PERSON. I stepped out to make a brief call, and while they had my ID and other card there was a shift change.
