This hotel accepted my prepaid reservation and then charged me again at full price for my room saying that they had been bought by another company and did not honor Priceline’s price. When I went to get my free breakfast at 8:00 am, there was not much left. Had to kill a live cockroach in the bathroom. The grounds were unkempt with cigarette butts everywhere. I won’t book this hotel again!

STAY AWAY!! I booked our room 2 months in advanced, PAID, arrived with reservation number in hand, and they turned me away citing they were full and there was nothing they could do for us. I was not the only one this happened to. We stayed in the lobby to problem solve and observed as the same situation played out again and again. We were able to be refunded, but were left with no place to stay. Spend your money on a more reliable hotel that functions properly. - no go for sure

First thing I do is walk into entrance 1 to find about 15 cigarette butts inside by the stairs. I tell the employee and they ignored it. Went back down this morning and they are still there. Mind you there is a sign near it saying a smoke free hotel. Also, in my room, I found medicine on the ground. If I was traveling with little kids that could have been bad. Housekeeping needs to check under the bench and clean there. Not just obvious spots.

I stayed here for work last week and while the staff was pleasant I would have stayed elsewhere if it wasn't a non refundable booking, I tried to change it as soon as i arrived, and had no other option. The room was quiet but needed cleaned better for sure and the shower/tub did not drain well. In addition to standing in 3 in. of water for every shower it left the tub very slick after.
