I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience at this hotel. Despite booking months in advance through Booking.com and being aware of some negative reviews, I decided to give them the benefit of the doubt. Upon arrival on April 22, 2026, after a long drive from Florida, I discovered the hotel was under construction and closed. I'm going to give this hotel the lowest stars allowed. I had reservations for April 22-24 of 2026. On April 17 I get an email "we're sorry you'll not be staying with us, we hope to serve you in the future, your reservation has been canceled by Barbara" I flew into a panic so 5 days before my stay, "Barbara" canceled my reservation?! I called the hotel over and over, it would ring about 10 times and disconnect. This hotel experience was severely disappointing, we could give 0 star but for the only kindness we got from their Manager Ms, J*dy, we decided to give 2 stars instead, undeniably the location is decent. The staff the environment and location was all so very pleasant and enjoyable highly recommend and will return again in the future for another Pleasant enjoyable visit the manager Judy, the second and third shift including the entire staff is to be commended they treated us like family. thanks again!!
